David S. Olson, the principal of David Olson Law Group, is a successful litigation and trial attorney. With over thirty years of litigation and business law experience, including at large state, Pacific Rim, and international law firms, Mr. Olson has represented clients in disputes covering a broad spectrum of substantive areas, including contract, aviation, apparel, trade secret/unfair competition, partnership/corporate governance, employment, internet, and real estate matters. Mr. Olson is admitted to practice before the state courts in California and Florida, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and several federal district courts.
